Derito in promotion and gigs

After have been in Angola in August as a guest from the organization of the Afrobasket2007, where he presented the hino “Angola Campeã”, Derito is around S.Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Bahía and Brasília, promoting in Brazil his 3^rd disc “Discernment”, recorded with great musicians from Djavan’s band like Paulo Calasans, Piano/Producer, Carlos Balla, Drum and Marcelo Martins, Saxophone.

“Saudade que não tive” recorded with group Kassav and produced by the guitar player and composer Jacob Desvarieux, is one of the bet of the brazilian recording company Publison Record. There is also the Hugh Masekela and Manu Dibango’s participation.

Namibia is the next country to be visited in November for 5 gigs followed by the neighbouring countries in which “Discernment” was released, namely South Africa, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius Islands, Botswana, Swaziland, Zambia and Mozambique.
